If you are currently attending law school, we encourage you to participate in a criminal clinic program pursuant to the Florida Supreme Court's Student Practice Rule.

Our Current Openings

Our office continually conducts interviews for our Criminal and Child Welfare Legal Service divisions in our three main locations: Clearwater, New Port Richey, and Dade City.  Submit your resume and application for immediate review.

By statute, Applicants must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for certification as a Certified Legal Intern pursuant to the Student Practice rule. Those applicants who are certified may be employed prior to passing the Florida Bar.
